| About Me | Married Jacquie Collison (former Miss Yakima) on Sept.3, 1961. Graduated from WSU with a B.A. in Feb. 1963. Went to work for Manning's Inc. in April 1963 as a management trainee, on Jan. 1964 became Asst.Dir.of Food Service at St. Francis Hosp. in Lynwood,CA. Our first son was born in Jan. 1964. Was promoted to FSD at Ventura Townehouse in Jan. 1965 in Ventura, CA. Our second son was born in May, 1966. Was made FSD at Long Beach Comm.Hosp. in 1968. Was promoted to Reg. Oper. Director in Dec. 1972. Left Manning's Inc. in Nov. 1975 and went to work for Food Dimensions, Inc. as FSD at St. Joseph's Hosp. & Children's Hosp. in Orange, CA. Was promoted to Dir.of Regional Operations in Jan.1978 to 1988 when I left to go to work for Redwood Senior Services in Escondido as their Corp.FSD. Did that job until 1997 when the corporation was dissolved. In 1998, I found work as the Exec. Dir. of the Ramona Senior Center in Ramona, CA. I did this until I retired and moved to San Jacinto, CA. to become full time RVers until 2004 when we had to stop because of upper back pain from previous accidents that I've experienced. The first major one was in 1988 when I was rearended by a beer truck. As a result of this accident, I had neck surgery done in 1995,96,& 97. I was rearended again in 2000 when I was driving our trailer out of Needles, CA. As a result of that accident, I had another neck surgery in 2002. In 2008 we were T boned in front of the police station in Hemet, CA. As a result of that accident, I had another and hopefully the last neck surgery in 2010.
