We're meeting at Club 302. They are letting us set up a specified area, group of tables with signs etc. starting at 830pm, but people can come informally before then because it's a public place of course. A band is scheduled to be in the back room with dancing, etc., not for us specifically. Didn't want to go for a big splashy event that cost $ because it's a risk, we haven't done this in a while.
