Served in Europe 2 times - and was stationed stateside in South Carolina, Kentucky,Oklahoma and Washington State. I'm home now (Williamstown) after being out on the dusty trail for over 30 years.

Mike Hanlon
Class of 1986
National Guard, 20+ Years
Active Duty Army from JAN 87 to JUL 90 to include 2 years in Germany and 1 year at the 101st Airborne, (Air Assault). Then joined the WV Army National Guard as a flight medic for the medical unit out of Williamstown. We deployed for Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Returned from that and went to WVU P for a couple of years then transferred to Marshall all while still remaining active in the Guard. Upon completion of my Bachelor's degree I was offered a chance to go to some additional military schooling. After I returned I was offered a position in the state Medical Command in Charleston where I have been since. I am a Sergeant First Class (E-7) and would like to make E8 prior to retiring in 4 years.
