Air Force, 9 Years
I was commissioned as a 2nd Lt on 10 June 1962, went on Active Reserve in order to go to graduate school for a PhD, then entered active duty in USAF 31 Mar 67 through 31 Mar 71. Tours included 1 year as a Geodetic Team Chief and Special Projects Officer at Warren AFB, WY, and 3 years as a Numbered Air Force Project Officer in charge of a world-wide remote sensing program in C-130's. I earned a Meritorious Service Medal for that and was selected as the Junior Officer of the Year 1969 for the Office of Aerospace Research, then a major AF command. Resigned commission as a Captain in order to attend law school.

Our Warrensburg High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done!
