Twenty year Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-7) experienced in: Program Management, Supervision, Design Engineering, System Test, Configuration Management, Product Assurance, and Electronic Maintenance of Training Devices/Simulators and Airborne Radar Systems. Managed the acquisition and testing of over $265M in Air Force training system assets. Defined operational training objectives, maintenance support requirements, system requirements and performance criteria, system specifications, project work tasks, test and evaluation criteria, and program budgets. Directed, coordinated, and monitored activities impacting system training system need dates. Conducted operational system testing to ensure requirements were met or exceeded. Conducted simulator testing, tear-down, installation, maintenance, and modification and established production controls for maintenance, modification, and test of training and radar systems. Developed technical manuals/ technical orders and implemented comprehensive maintenance training programs for personnel. Evaluated system capabilities for meeting required aircrew training objectives, identified system software design deficiencies and recommended corrective actions. Performed hardware/software reviews and FCAs/PCAs, technical data validation, database modeling, in-plant and on-site acceptance and operational/maintenance testing. Maintained, modified, installed, repaired, calibrated, aligned, inspected and tested Aircrew Training Devices/Flight Simulators and Airborne Early Warning Radar systems. Conducted training in simulator and radar system operation and maintenance and established production controls/quality assurance requirements and standards.
