Jack Michael Waters
Class of 1966
Army, 3 Years
Enlisted in 1967. Served 2 tours of duty in the Vietnam War. Wounded once each tour. First tour = 25th Infantry Division (1968-69). Second tour = 11th ACR and 9th ARVN Infantry (as an advisor) (1969-70). 100% service connected disabled veteran.

Completed tech school at Keelser AFB, Biloxi, MS between August 1987 and March of 1988. I was then stationed at March AFB, Riverside, CA, working on the KC-10A aircraft. Traveled much of the Pacfic Rim, to Central America, and to Europe. Participated in several global events, including retaliation after the Lebanon kidnapping event, Desert Shield, when the invasion of Kuwait occurred, which turned into Operation Desert Storm. I participated and was off the coast of Saudi Arabia, when war was declared. I will not forget it. June of 1991, I was honorably discharged as an E-4, Sergeant.
