Following my father who served in the Marine Corps and was at Pearl Harbor..., I joined the Marine Corps after school and Served in VietNam for two tours of duty, was decorated for my service there, came back to USA went to National Security Agency in Washington DC to complete my time. Received Honorable Discharge, came back to Tioga had a time adjusting to civilian life, joined the Army for a toour of duty and was honorably discharged. Again I came home and began my own 3 construction and property management companies, left in 1988 to enter Pastorial Ministry with United Methodist Church.

Basic at San Diego MCRD, ITR at Camp Pendleton, California.
Left for Japan, Okinowa, and Viet Nam in 1968 until 1971. I saw a lot of combat with helicopter assault group during the conflict, and was decoraed accordingly.
Came home to MCRD Paris Island, South Carolina and receiuved the highest security clearance the United States offers, and was sent to National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Marylaqnd... wheere I remained until I was honorably discharged.

I now serve as a United Methodist Minister in Buras-Venice area at Trinity United Methodist Church and as Chaplin to the 4,000 BP oil spill workers..... the work continues, but have never forgotten my roots at Tioga High School.
