Enlisting in the United States Navy and serving with Naval Intelligence for several years as a support for Special Forces and finally with the Military Police, Mr. Wade has acquired a diverse range of knowledge and experience dealing with minor disputes to matters of National Security.

Throughout his professional career Mr. Wade has literally traveled the world teaching threat assessment, parameter security, and Anti-terrorist tactics to military bases and Allied foreign Nations. Dealing with dignitaries and heads of state Mr. Wade has developed a great understanding of public relations and a high standard for customer satisfaction.

He has been involved with Law Enforcement for 8 years serving as an instructor for Hand-to-Hand combat, O.C. Spray, Baton, Weapons safety and proficiency, and Tactical Awareness. As an Organizational Management Specialist he brings an urgency to get the job done professionally and accurately.

Troy joined the Marine Corps in the Fall of '69, attended college and went on active duty in Jan '72. Serving as an Air Support Control Officer, Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Instructor and Executive Officer for a Marine Air Support Squadron, he eventually found himself working in the NATO HQ of the Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in Jan '93 after 21 years of Service.
