I was an avionics fire control technician in VF-151 embarked on the U.S.S. Midway. I spent 2.5 years overseas home based out of Atsugi Japan. I spent many months in the middle east and was involved with the Iranian hostages in 79, 80. I made E-5 in just 3 years and was awarded many ribbons for my accomplishments.
