Cost per person is $50.00, includes catered Hawaiian meal, non alcoholic beverages, pre- meal snacks and desert, decorations. and a facility rental fee of $10 per person.
The Center allows alcoholic beverages on site. This will be a bring your own bottle event. The funds will not cover the purchase of alcohol. There is parking at the center. If you want to do a tour of the high school following dinner I may be able to arrange for this.
If you would like to bring something for the table for snacks prior to dinner please feel free to do so to add some flavor to the menu. If you would like to being some memorabilia to share that would be wonderful. We’ll have a table set up for that. Be sure your name is on whatever you bring.

I would love to see more attend.

Nestucca High School Class Reunion of 1969 Saturday August 1, 2009 from 5:00pm - 10:00pm Date: August 1st 2009 Time: 5:30-10 PM Before dinner social hour 5:30-6:30 PM Dinner 6:30-8 PM Reunion ends: 9:30-10 PM approximately Cost of dinner $30.00 which includes the meal and room rental. If our numbers drop below 20 guests then we may have to pay an additional cost of $3-5.00 to cover the cost of the room rental. The meal will be a buffet with choice of the following menu items. Grilled Salmon and Prime Rib Seasonal vegetable dish Green salad Red potatoes Rolls or bread Dessert Beverage: coffee, tea, water If we would like an option of 2 hot appetisers during the social hour it would add a cost of $3.00 per person. The other allowed option is we can bring appetisers or augment the hot appetisers with other items like veges and dip, fruit, dips , dry snacks. This would be on a volunteer basis. Let me know if there is interest in this. We may also want some snacks after dinner when we are socializing. Payment is due by May 27th. You can call the Hudson House and they will take payment for the meal and/or room rent over the phone using a credit card. Just let them know this is for the 1969 Class Reunion.
