After 30 years, retired as a Captain in 2012. Had the privilege of commanding four ships. Led the crew on a 5-month deployment to SE Asia. Also, led the crew in the largest maritime drug bust in U.S. history. Great experiences, fun career.

Retired Oct 1991 as a SFC and went to work Civil Service to which I plan to retire from soon. Connie and I are the co-owners of The Hole Works which we created from home in 1997.

After bootcamp, in 1988, I went to Subic Bay, Philippines. I spent time in San Miguel and Capas, Tarlac, RP. I left in 1990 and was stationed at Camp Pendleton - then left to the Gulf War. I got out of the Marines in 1993.
