Friday evening, August 24, 2018, there will be an informal gathering of classmates at the Wisconsin Rapids Lions Club building.
Saturday, August 25, 2018, we are planning some open houses for the reunion. The South Wood County Historical Museum will be open for us; as will the old Lincoln High School building. We are setting up a historical bus tour also. This will involve a local historian taking us to various sites around the city and showing us what it looked like in the past. Enlargements of old postcards will show the past while we look at the present-day site. More details to follow.
Friday: Golf at Noon at Bull's Eye Country Club
Casual Welcome Gathering at Layla's Pub, 5:00, Cash Bar, Snacks provided
Sat.: Morning/Afternoon Tours are planned, details Friday night.
6:00 PM - Casual Gathering at The Ridges, Buffet of pizza and hors d' vouers, Music, Dancing & Reminiscing, WR Trivia Game.
Food, music, outdoor activities & games - volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and bag toss boards. Indoor pavilion & outdoor covered shelter. Camping (with electrical hook-ups) available. There's also a swimming hole for those interested. So bring your suits unless you don't mind your clothes getting WET!!!
