The year is 2010 & the Class of 1980s' been working on life, love and the pursuit of happiness for 30 years now - crazy how time files... Plans are tentative, but... We cordially request all Class of '80 Alumni to walk, drive or fly into Fenton, MI on Friday, July 23, 2010 for our 30th Class Reunion weekend extravaganza! In addition, we'd like to open the invitation to all Class of 1990 or earlier Alumni to join us for frivolity and reminiscing, esp. Friday night Happy Hour at Scooter's Bar & Grill (Owner-Class'81). Let's make this a 20, 30, 40+ LKHS Reunion weekend Bash to remember !!! All plans are still tentative! Current thinking is to keep the festivity costs as low as possible (since the economy is still in the tank & jobs losses are high) while for one weekend, live life like it was 1980 all over... remember, Fireplace (on fake id's), Pontoon's strung together for a wild Lake Party (parents didn’t know about w/ belly flops & stand-up jet ski's), Johnny's (after Friday football & getting kicked out "for life"), the Moose Lodge for beer on the water, and so on... Please put this date on your calendars and REALLY hope (with a years notice) all Class '80 Alumni can make it to this Reunion Party!
