Security Forces (Military Police)
Stationed in San Antonio TX and Belleville IL
Deployed to several locations: Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq.
Joint Service operations mainly, everything from gaurding planes, detainee's (prisoners), to patroling the base.

Installation Patrolman

Provided security for installation resources and personnel. Responded to incidents, complaints, and accidents, maintaining order at the scene. Collected, seized, and preserved evidence. Made apprehensions, conducted interviews, and prepared related police reports. Responded to alarm activations, and performed searches of vehicles and persons. Ensured only authorized personnel entered the controlled area and initiated appropriate action for unauthorized personnel. Performed administrative support such as word processing, data entry, correspondence preparation, and records management. Managed and supervised personnel programs to include leave accounting, and maintaining duty statuses for the Armed Forces. At employers discretion prepared specialized reports using a variety of resources in order to generate the appropriate information. Supervised and managed subordinates work, ensuring adherence to policies. Assigned and scheduled duties while reviewing work for quality and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Provided organizational personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving personnel relations along with work performance problems. Engaged in facilitating communication and improving employee skills and work performance through communicating with supervisors and managers to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention. Implemented, and conducted training to increase the personnel’s knowledge, supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills

Detainee Operations Guard

Performed duties as Compound Control Team Leader (CCT). Responsible for 500 of the most dangerous and violent suspected terrorists. Displayed outstanding professionalism and treated all detainees with dignity and respect IAW the Geneva Convention. Single-handedly quelled numerous incidents before the escalated into full riots. Calmed minor situations directly contributed to zero United States Soldiers and Airmen from being injured. Responsible for daily movement of more than 125 detainees. Performed TASS administrator duties. Accounted for and managed multimillion dollar alarm system. Team leader for search and riot team. Attention to detail lead to the seizing over 300 handmade weapons and 1000 contraband items. Actions directly contributed to the safety of over 1,000 Military Police and Security Forces personnel and more than 8,000 detainees. Performed administrative support such as word processing, data entry, correspondence preparation, and records management. Supervised and managed subordinates work, ensuring adherence to policies. Assigned and scheduled duties while reviewing work for quality and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Provided organizational personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving personnel relations along with work performance problems.

Electronic Security Systems Non-Commissioned Officer

Maintained AMC’s largest alarm system, $1.3 Million automated entry and alarm system, which controls entry and protects Headquarters, United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Air Mobility Command (AMC), and Air Force Communications Agency (AFCA); Administer for alarm systems database; troubleshot alarm problems; developed software status levels, maintained database for badging systems; coordinated and conducted site surveys for future security upgrades to the installation. Maintained control logs and records of alarm activations. Monitored monthly suspense files. Performed administrative support such as word processing, data entry, correspondence preparation, mail distribution, office calendars and records management. Managed and supervised personnel programs. Provided customer service; answered and routed phone calls. Scheduled, prepared and set-up all necessary tools for executive conferences and meetings; accurately prepared minutes of such meetings. Prepared specialized reports using a variety of resources in order to generate the appropriate information. Supervised and managed subordinates work, ensuring adherence to company policies. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Provided organizational personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving personnel relations along with work performance problems. Developed, implemented, and conducted training to increase the personnel’s knowledge.
