As with anyone that has made a carrear of the military, I have held many different and rewarding positions. I have traveled across both oceans several times and lived in Korea and Germany (2 tours). I did the majority of my time with the Army Security Agency (ASA) that later became the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Retired in 1994 after 20 years of service and I am proud of having served my country that I so dearly love.

Enlisted in the Marine Corps on April of 1992, was stationed in Okinawa, California, Virginia, and North Carolina. As an enlisted Marine, I was ammunition technician, then I was commissioned in 2001 and became an Adjutant. Retired as a Captain in 2012.

Basic training Fort Knox, AIT Fort Knox and Fort Gordon. Stationed at Ft Hood and Korea
as radio and teletype support on multiple bases, Spent time with John Payne also class of 68 while he served in the Air Force in Korea. We were best friends and coincidently stationed there at the same time.

I joined the Army in Sept 1961, was in the Army Security Agency assigned to the National Security Agency and was discharged in Sept of 1964. After several years, I joined the Navy reserves and served as a Seabee, was activated during Desert Storm and retired in 1995.

Served 4 years during the Gulf War (1990 - 1994). I was Crew Chief on F15-E Strike-Eagles and was stationed primarily at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. Was deployed to Saudi Arabia twice during the war and after the ceasefire.
