I spent 3-years active US Army from 1966 through 1969 and 7-years active Army Reserve from 1969 until 1976. After OCS, I was commissioned a Chemical Corps officer even though chemistry was the single course in school that I failed. During most of my career I was stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY.
