Not sure if ring is Kempsville, but it is from 1962 and it has an arrowhead on the top stone and it has a torch on the side with what looks like arrow bags. The initials are WLB and it was made by Balfour.

I am trying to locate the owner of a 1971, class ring. The ring was found in the Five Points area years ago. I believe it to be a females ring. I live in Virginia and I hope someone remember the owner initials JAH inside the ring.
