Black box maintenance on EA-6B/A-6E flight navigation avionics at NAS Whidbey Island, WA and cruising Asia onboard USS Ranger, CVA-61 1973-1977 as an AT-2.

Enlisted Kansas Air National Guard in January 1980-Sept. 1997. NCOIC Comm/Nav (MSGT) on F-4D aircraft then NCOIC Plans and Programs office when transitioned to F-16 aircraft.

Joined military right after High School, and got married. Joined as a Combat Engineer in the US ARMY. Retired in June of 2009 as a SFC , and currently working on Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. as a Instructor for the 88M course which are Truck Drivers. I train AIT soldiers.

In and out of Cambodia with 13 man teams of Company of South Vietnamese Infantry. Special Operations Group Advisory Team #99 in preparation for Invasion into Parrots Beak. Participated in 6 offensives from 68 Tet Offensive to Summer Offensive of 69. Rest of service seved in Wichita Ks as Regular Army Advisor to Army Reserve. 100% service connected disable from heart damage occured during Vietnam conflict. Belives US one the Police Action by turning Vietnam over the the Vietnamese who now are in control of their own lives and are not being intimidated by insergents from China, Russia, Laos, Cambodia, Japan or other contries. Two combat tours in Iraq during 2003 and 2004. Accepted into the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program and attended the University of New Mexico from 2005-2008. Completed Army Airborne school, Naval Aircrew Candidate School, Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) school, and Marine Officer Candidate School. Served as a communications maintenance technician, platoon sergeant, and public affairs videographer all over the world.
