Ended up in Germany in a aircraft maintenance company for my full time in the service. Was awarded Superior Performance Pay my last year in the service.

Got a NESEP Commission and joined the Navy SEABEES. Attended U of U, Cal and CU. Got an MBA on the GI Bill in 1989. Visited 35 countries from a few days to 3 months. Gone a lot. Retired in 1986.

Mr. Dobson entered the military in Jacksonville, AL, in 1967. He retired with an honorable discharge, 31 Aug 1990, Goodfellow AFB TX with the rank of Master Sergeant.

His military education includes the following: BMTS, 6 weeks, Dec 1967, NCO Leadership School, 4 weeks, Jul 1977, NCO Academy, 6 weeks, May 1985, and NCO Academy, Correspondence, Turkish Language
Course, Defense Language Institute, Monterey CA, Honor Graduate, and management and communication courses through various Professional Military Education Academies.
