Served in the US Marine Corps and the US Army having completed 2 combat tours in Iraq and 1 combat tour in Afghanistan.

Army, 5 Years

Recieved the Purple Heart and the Bronze Heart for service in the European Theater of WWII.

Landed at Utah Beach and was taken prisoner 6 days later by the Germans. Orpha Theldon was shot 4 times. Still has 3 bullets in his leg. His jeep driver was killed in the attack.

Orpha served 9 months in POW camps in Poland and Germany. Lost 60 pounds while in prison camp.
