Harry Vance Dinsmore, 74, of Winchester, husband of Mary Lou Mitchell Dinsmore, passed away on Tues., March 25 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington. Mr. Dinsmore was born in Corbin, KY on Aug. 18, 1939 to the late Denver and Norma Peace Dinsmore. He was a retired Administrator with the Clark County School District. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and an avid fisherman and golfer.
He was an Assistant Principal at GRC for many years.

A Veteran is someone, who at one point in their life, wrote a blank check payable to the United States of America for an amount up to, and including, their life. That is true honor, there are far too many people in this country who no longer remember that fact or idea. That is why we served, to protect the right of the ones that don't remember and don't agree.
