Army, 20+ Years
Served 23 years in the Army as a TAMMS (The Army Maintenance Management System) Clerk, Fire Control System Repairer, Armament Repairer, and an AIT (Advanced Individual Training) Instructor. Deployed to Honduras in 1988, Desert Shield/Storm from 1990 - 1991, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1997, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005, retiring from Active duty in 2010.

Served 5 years on active duty as an Engineer Officer in Bamberg, Germany (82d Engineer Battalion), Danang Vietnam,(Region 1 Engineer, USA Engineer Group) and Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania (Base Facilities Engineer). In Vietnam, after cessation of hostilities, served on the US Delegation to the Joint Peace Commission. After active duty spent 3 years in the US Army Reserves, then hung up my military boots in 1978.
