Marine Corps, 20+ Years
Capt Cunningham is currently serving as the Inspector--Instructor for the Marine Reserve Training Center Wichita, KS. Has been selected for Major this year. During his time in the service has been stationed at Camp Pendleton (1988-1994), 29 Palms CA (1994-1999), Camp Lejeune (1999-2004), Hawaii (2004-2007) and Camp Lejeune (2007-2010). Completed 4 tours in Iraq from 2004 through 2010 in support of OIF and one tour in Aghanistan in 2001-2002 in support of OEF. has served as both an enlisted Marinne for 12 years and as an officer for the last 10 years.

My husband and I were stationed in Augsburg, Germany at Flak Kaserne until I was discharged.

Six years USMC and almost 26 years Air National Guard, most of it at Kulis Air National Guard Base. 17 years were spent as a C-130 loadmaster in the 144th Airlift Squadron, Alaska Air National Guard. Veteran of the Afghanistan Campaign.

I joined the Alaska Air National Guard in 1978, switched to the Air Force Reserves in 1987, retired in 1993 under a RIF as a major, flying the C-130 the whole 15 years.

II work in the field of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Civil Support Team, currently with the 102nd in Salem, Oregon. I am the Assistant Operations/Training NCO as well as a Nationally Certified Medic and IFSAC Hazmat Technician. I have been deployed to Afghanistan and been around the world a couple of times to see some very beautiful countries. I enjoy my career with the military and plan on serving until I retire.

Joined the Guard after seeing a newspaper headline "Nixon to draft 350,000" and my number was 35. Just married with a kid on the way. 6 weeks of basic and back to Alaska Air guard. Lots of lifelong friends. Served my 6 years and got out as a Tech Sargent.
