Served 1979-2000.Stationed as a physician at Ft.Devens, Ft.Lewis, Letterman Army Medical Center and Office of the Army Surgeon General. Was first the United States Army Critical Career Fellow, Chief of Medical Surgical ICU at Madigan Army Medical Center for 14 years (teaching fellows, residents, interns) Director of Telemedicine at Madigan, Medical Informatics at University of Utah, and 1997-2000 worked at the Office of Army Surgeon General overseeing 5 million dollar US Army Telemedicine, and multiple other informatics projects in DOD as well as Congressional mandated program .Retired 2000 as a COL

32-1/2 years in the USAF - 1958 -1991. Retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. Entire career was in the Intelligence field, mostly overseas. 2 years in Pakistan (59-60) & (63-64); 3 years in Scotland (60-63); 2 years in Turkey (66-68); 2 flying tours in Vietnam (68-69) & (70-71); 3 years in Germany (71-74); 6 years in Italy (74-80); 5 years in England (80-85) returned to the US in 85 and spent 5-1/2 years at NSA (85-91) and retired and moved to Texas.
