I just joined the Idaho Air National Guard this November. I leave for basic training and tech school in May. My career with the Guard is called a cardiopulomonary technician. I'm excited! I will be gone for a year and a half for training.

Primarily law enforcement for fisheries, drug interdiction and maritime investigation regarding hazardous material spills in navigable waters of the US. Spent time in Latin America, Bosnia, and all major points of the compass. Retired CWO2 (Bosn).

Served on active duty from 1985 to 1997 in systems acquisition in the contracting career field. Joined the US Air Force reserves in 2004 after a 7 year break as an Administrative Contracting Officer with the Defense Contract Management Agency in Denver, CO. Will be promoted to Lt Colonel in June 2009. Here is a picture of me in Iraq when I did a one year tour of duty from Sep 06 to Sep 07.

Traveled the world during my ten years, went to Egypt, England, Germany, and Turkey. I also was lucky enough to go to Alaska. Was in a special unit called Red Horse were we got to travel and repair run ways during war time. Loved every minute of it.
