MARTIN L. FAIR

Mr. Martin L. Fair, a member of the Capabilities, Development Directorate, currently serves as a Senior Program Analyst/Systems Engineer with the Marine Corps Combat Development Command, United States Marine Corps, Quantico, VA. He is responsible for executive level analytical evaluation, coordination, and liaison for United States Marine Corps capability development and equity assurance.
His operational, tactical, combat, and strategic experience have well and faithfully served this nation for nearly 33 years of leadership and advisor experience at various levels throughout the Department of Defense. He is a proven, trusted leader with broad background in complex and demanding positions. He is an expert at aligning strategy, programs, resources, and providing a host of choices for senior Army, Marine Corps, and DoD Officials along with providing expert advice on analytics, acquisition decision and program support, test and evaluation, and risk management.
Mr. Fair has a proven track record of superior results through effective leadership, successful collaborative team and consensus building, program socialization and management, identifying efficiency opportunities, and transformation initiatives.
