David "Bill" W. Dinges Jr.
Class of 1966
In February 1982 I was commissioned an Honorable Kentucky Colonel by then Governor John Y. Brown for meritorious actions while stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky with the United States Army Dental Activity as the Assistant Chief Dental Non-Commissioned Officer. During a change of assignment move to Vicenza, Italy my House Hold Goods were lost and I therefore had to request a replacement certificate, which is shown in the submitted photograph.
