Law Professor at the Army JAG School at the University of Virginia Law School; Chief of Justice-head of legal ofcs responsible for proscecutions, disciplinary actions & removals; Assistant U.S. Attorney (Prosecutor) under Rudolph Guilliani in Southern Dist of NY while stationed at West Point; & Command Judge Advocate for Joint Special Operations Command, i.e., Seal Teams, Rangers, Marines & AF Spec Ops were my clients & I reported to CINC Atlantic's direct subordinate. Worked closely w/Joint Chiefs of Staff, FBI, CIA and NCIS attorneys. Retired in 2008.
