Ride for Gary Osborn Scholarship
Winslow Alumni - please repost this whereever you can!! There is going to be a ride in honor of Mr. Gary Osborn to raise money for the Gary Osborn Scholarship for future science students. It will take place on Sat. October 15, 2011 and will start at the high school and go to Belfast. Details and pledge sheets will be posted on the school website soon and the pledge sheet should be attached here too.

Mr. Osborn has been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive terminal cancer. He has been given about 6 weeks. 23 Pat St. Winslow if you want to send a note or card. He is at home resting and trying to keep his spirits up. If any of you were students of Mr.Osborn use this email address to send him a note or funny memories, etc... Patricia Vashon is Retiring
Mademoiselle Vashon has been teaching foreign languages in Winslow since 1977. In addition to teaching she has been involved in drama at the high school for many years. She is retiring this June and it would be great if any of you have special memories of her to share. You may send these notes or cards to her in care of Linda Voss or Maryjane Stafford at the junior high and they will be included in a scrapbook to be presented to Patty at her retirement celebration, June 16th.
