Hello Wilson Trojans, Class of ’72, We are having our 40th reunion the weekend of August 3, 4, 5 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), with the Main Event taking place on Saturday, August 4th, in Portland, at the Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC), beginning at 5:30pm. Food will be served, so save your appetite. There will also be a No-Host Karaoke Night on Friday, August 3rd, in Portland, location and time still to be determined, and a No-Host Breakfast on Sunday, August 5th, in Portland, location and time still to be determined. Feel free to bring your significant others along to any of the events. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY To register and pay for the Main Event, and to check back for information regarding Karaoke Night and the Breakfast, go to: https://reunionmanager.net/class_members/registration.php?class_id=120691 Keep this link for future reference. Once you have registered, you will be taken to a page with tabs that will allow you to pay for the Main Event and add other pertinent information about yourself. On the “Account & Tickets†tab page, you will see a BIG RED AND YELLOW button that says “BUY TICKETS NOW!†Before you actually click on it, read the small print around it because it tells you what to do after you have paid. Then, when you click on it: PAY ATTENTION TO THE FINE PRINT WHEN MAKING YOUR PAYMENT - IT TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT TO DO: Reunion Manager is…well…our management program, but our class account is through PayPal. When you click on the By Tickets Now button, Reunion Manager sends you to PayPal.com. If you have a PayPal account, you may use it. If not, simply choose to use a credit or debit card. You will be given that choice, so you don’t have to join PayPal if you don’t want to, but the option is there if you do. Take your time when you register and pay. The Reunion Manager site can be confusing, but it is also very effective in letting you know who has registered, who will be coming to the reunion, and may also give you information about the whereabouts of your classmates (assuming those classmates choose to allow access to that information). You will have a chance to make a donation toward helping another Trojan attend the Main Event. If you would like financial help attending, email me by responding to this email. Your information will be kept completely confidential. Whatever donation amounts may be left over after the reunion will be donated to Wilson High School. MOST IMPORTANT! Forward this email to every ’72 Wilson Grad you know. This is going to be the main way we find people.
