Happy hour starts at 6 PM and dinner is at 7:00. We are just going to go simple and have a BBQ type of dinner with your choice of Hamburger or Chicken on the grill. We need to give them an idea on a number, so if you are planning on attending, please let me know what you would like to eat. I need to let them know about food by July 20th. The cost is going to be $20/person, which covers the meal ($10), room rental ($200) and bartender fees ($10/hour) plus tip. We'll collect the money that night. If we get a great turnout, we will adjust the cost and send out a new email with the lower amount. Fireman's ball afterward.
Also for those interested: Friday evening, 7/2: Sundown Lounge @ 7:30 p.m. Trisha and Brenda will greet Saturday morning, 7/3: Golfing at Stone Creek. If interested, contact me. Otherwise, meet at Stone Creek 9:45a-10a Saturday morning.
