Dear Classmates,

Your WPHS '66 Reunion Committee has been hard at work making arrangements for our 50th Reunion Dinner Dance Gala to be held on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at The Crowne Plaza Hotel.

At this point, we estimate that the cost of attendance would be approximately $135.00 per person. We have also signed Contracts with a DJ and the hotel, reserving a block of rooms at $129.00 per night/per room, for either a king or two double beds.

Your Committee would like to attract as many classmates as possible and we realize that $135.00 may be a lot of money for those of us on fixed incomes. Therefore, in order to reduce the overall cost of the Reunion we are asking classmates who are able to help defray costs by making a one-time contribution now. Your contribution would be anonymously given and any amount would be greatly appreciated. We have set November 15, 2015 as the date to determine our pre-Reunion finances and set the final price.

Dear Friends and Classmates,
This is a greeting from the committee organizing our 50th reunion for WPHS Class of ’66.
As you can imagine, this is a large undertaking and we are hoping for many attendees to join us for a once in a lifetime gala in September, 2016. We have a lot of expenses to get things rolling, and we need start-up money to help us with our planning, as we did for our 40th reunion. We were able to subsidize the prom for the next 5 years because of our donors.
So now, our committee members are reaching out to you to ask for donations for our start-up expenses. We also will be hoping to be able to help some of our classmates who wish to attend our reunion, but find the financial expenses burdensome. We will be able to have a process in place for them to discreetly reach out for assistance, and hopefully nobody will have to skip our reunion for lack of resources.
