What are you doing the night before the reunion? Come share your talents and enjoy the talents of your former classmates on Friday October 15, 2010 at Crossroads, Garwood, New Jersey. Were you in a band at WHS (Chamber of Commerce/First Street)? Are you in a band or performing now? Do you do stand up comedy (CeeCee)? Are you an artist (Marie/Larisa)? Were you a Choraleer? Want to sing 80s songs on stage with a live band made up of classmates? * We are looking for WHSers (especially the Class of 1984) to perform the night before the reunion. The evening came about when people were asking us if Gary's current band The Play Trains will be performing around the time of reunion. Now they are. Email me Danamaher@juno.com or message me if you are interested in performing or if you have art to be displayed at Crossroads that evening. A portion of the cover charge will be used to establish a scholarship to be given by the WHS Class of 1984 in memory of those in our class that have passed away. This is not a closed event, bring your friends and family. *Want to sing 80s songs on stage with a live band made up of classmates until your larynx pops out of your mouth? It's your lucky day! Americon Idol, WHS '84-style, is coming to the upcoming semi-official Pre-Reunion party, and we want you. That's right. It's another chance to impress your old friends and bask in their ...awe (or pity) when you step on stage with a stupor-group made up of musicians who played in Firstreet, Chamber of Commerce and Educated Guess. Just tell us a song you always thought you sang better than anyone else and join us at Crossroads, to show the world what they've missed all these years.
