I served 8 years in the Navy and 20 years in the Airforce. I enlisted in the Naval Reserve at Sandpoint Naval Air Station in 1959. and went on active duty upon graduation in 1960. I got out of the Navy in 19 67 and joined the Washington Air National Guard in Spokane, Washington. in 1987 I was awarded a U.S. Airforce Disability retirement due to injuries from a fall from a KC135 aircraft .

Our West Seattle High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our West Seattle High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
