Warwick Valley High School CLASS OF 1975 35 Year REUNION Join your former classmates for a WEEKEND IN WARWICK! Friday, July 23 – Saturday, July 24 You’ve saved the date – here’s what we have planned: A reunion not to be missed! Margaret (Raskopf) Dodd would like to put together a SLIDESHOW to be shown at Mount Peter – send your pictures of THEN and NOW to Margaret, preferably in .jpg format, not more than 1 MB if e-mailed, to: margaret@SCDWare.com. Digital images can be put on a CD or DVD and mailed to Margaret at 2571 Whiteway Court, Aurora, IL 60504. You can e-mail, or call her at 630-978-2670 with any questions. FRIDAY – JULY 23, 2010 10:30 am: The Warwick Valley High School Class of 1975 is sponsoring a WVHS GOLF OUTING Hickory Hills Golf Course 156 Route 17A, Warwick, NY Shotgun Start at Noon - Includes Dinner, prizes (closest to the pin, longest drive, etc.) and on-course refreshments. Registration forms available below. $80.00 per golfer 12:00 Noon: Love the outdoors, but you’re not a golfer? See Warwick like you’ve never seen it before. Join the BICYCLE TOUR! George Porter has put together a route – contact him for more information and to get your name on the list of cyclists! Bike rentals will be available for pickup at the start for those flying in. george_porter@sbcglobal.net 6:00 pm: Dinner at Hickory Hills Golf Course for those who would like to join the after golf festivities. $35.00 per person 8:00 pm: Icebreaker at Hickory Hills Golf Course Clubhouse - enjoy great music, a cash bar & the company of former classmates! SATURDAY – JULY 24, 2010 11:00 am: Tour Warwick Valley High School – it has a new look! Enjoy a tour given by current Principal, Annie Streiff Noon – 4:00 pm: Spend the day with the friends you’ve reconnected with! Stop for a light lunch at one of the many restaurants Warwick has to offer. Visit one of the local wineries; take advantage of the excellent shopping available in beautiful downtown Warwick. 4:00 – 10:00 pm: Time for the Main Event! Country Picnics at Mount Peter Beautiful Mount Peter is ours for the day! $75 per person Catch up with classmates in this charmingly casual country setting – in the comfort of the air-conditioned glass pavilion with a stunning view of the mountain, or in the beautifully landscaped outdoors. Enjoy music from today – and yesterday! You can choose to participate in any of the activities available: volleyball, frisbee golf, bocce courts, horseshoes, badminton, ping pong, basketball, softball, or miniature golf. Hike the mountain trails – and be sure to take advantage of a beautiful sunset sky ride! A delicious dinner will be served, including barbecued chicken, sausage & peppers, baked ziti, hot dogs, hamburgers, (veggie burgers upon request), corn salad, potato salad, garden salad, fruit salad, an ice cream sundae bar, cake, soda, iced tea, water, lemonade, coffee and tea. Beer and wine are also available on a cash basis. 10:00 pm: Out and about in Warwick! This promises to be a fantastic weekend ~ to reminisce, and to make new memories ~ but only if you’re there!
