Many years ago, I found a Surry County High class ring for 1977. I contacted that school and found that the student in question had transfered to Warwick.
When I couldn't get in touch with the person, I kept the ring in hopes of one day finding the Warwick alum who owned the ring. I can be contacted at: Alan.Hirsch@nn.k21.va.us.

FOUND RING: While vacationing at the Outer Banks in July 1991 I found a girls Warwick High School Class Ring, Class of 1975 with the initials "LJP" on the band. Since that time I have made a number of attempts to locate its owner and return the ring. In September "91 I contacted then Principal Janet Alford. Her research revealed the name Linda Joy Parr as the possible owner of the ring but Ms. Alford had no further info about this individual. Periodically, through the years, I Googled the name but found nothing to follow up on. In 2007 I contacted Karen ?, the person listed as the 1975 Class Contact, and provided her with the information I had, but still no luck. Recently I ran across my file and decided to give it another shot. Hopefully, someone has additional information that will facilitate the return on the ring to "LJP". I am Richard Sojourner and can be contacted at richardsojourner@comcast.net

In 1986, I lost my 1981 class ring off the coast of North Carolina. I was at a vacation condo in Nags Head. An unaware man, with his back turned, was about to be swept away by a giant wave. I grabbed and snatched him to safety. He was holding on to my hand so tightly, that as a rresult, my ring was washed away. It had the year on the sides with a January/ Garnet birthstone, and my signature insde, Vickie Renae Collins. If you've found it or have any information, please contact me at vsykes115@gmail.com
In addition, I went to the 10 year class reunion. Gary Breen ('81) asked if he could make a copy of my group photo and he'd return it to me thereafter, but was never heard from again. I don't know how to contact him. If you have knowledge of his whereabouts or information. please forward the information to me or let him know that I still want it back.
Thanks for your time and attention,
Vickie R. Sykes, Denver, CO
