About Event
To keep costs low $5/adult, $2/child, we will ask each class member to bring a side, snack, salad, or dessert to share. (think veggies/dip, pota...to salad, cookies, green salad, etc. whatever you would like to bring.) Each member/family will also bring your own beverages. Please RSVP as soon as possible, before July 15, 2012. You can RSVP via e-mail (below) or facebook event page. Please send money to Tracy (McCormick) Simon before July 20, 2012 at: PO Box 133 White Mills, PA 18473 (This money will be used for set-up/clean-up up costs, games/activities, and main bbq items for everyone (burgers or hot dogs/buns or sandwiches). If you are interested in helping out in the planning, please contact me or Tracy Simon directly. We will need 5-10 people to help set up starting at 12:30 pm - to set up tables, tent (maybe) and music. If you are interested in helping to plan activities, please contact Susan Quigley directly.
