Navy, 20+ Years

Began his military career in Feb 1980 at Bootcamp in San Diego Calif. After bootcamp his first duty station was onboard the LST 1191 USS Racine served 2years on board making Boastswainmate 3rd class, before receiving orders to serve aboard the BB 62 USS New Jersey becoming a plank owner and making Boatswainmate 2nd class on board , relinsted for orders to NavCams Guam where he served as a security patrolman on base and navy housing for 2 years, return state side to San Diego Naval Station to work in Sima that took care of the pacific fleet in san diego for 2 yrs, Re-inlisted for 4 years to serve aboard FF 1037 USS Bronstein as the Leading Petty Officer in Deck Division before it was decommissioned, than CG 21 USS Gridley , AD 41 USS Acadia, AFDM 14 Steadfast, and last duty station was Port Operations San Diego as a refueling barge Master, before retiring to the Fleet Reserves in Feb 2000. Residng in San Diego with his wife and son
