THS Alumni Establish Engineering Scholarship
Turner High School graduates James R. Andrews (class of 1959) and Janet Middleton Andrews (class of 1962) have recently established the James & Janet Andrews Turner High School/Kansas University Engineering Scholarship. The Scholarship will be awarded to a deserving THS graduate interested in studying engineering at Kansas University. The Scholarship will cover all tuition and fees for full-time study of any engineering discipline until a student earns a B.S. degree (but not exceeding 5 years); once the degree is earned the Scholarship will then be awarded to another THS graduate. Contact the THS Counseling Office or the Kansas University Endowment Association for further details.

Class of 78
We are planning to have our 30 year class reunion August 30 & 31st, 2008. There will be no cost involved. We have not confirmed anything yet but are hoping to get the Longbranch at The Legends in KCK for Saturday evening and then a shelter at WyCo Lake on Sunday for a potluck picnic.
