Golf Scramble (all skills welcome); shotgun start at 11 AM Aug. 4, Allenmore Golf Course Tacoma. Price includes golf cart and lunch. No-host bar and social hour following. Social hour is free to all golfers and nongolfers alike. Social hour begins at 5 p.m. at the Urban Elk Bar on the golf course. Main event is Aug. 5 at Owen Beach, Point Defiance Park, BBQ and gathering 12 noon- 6 p.m. Burgers, dogs, drinks, condiments, snacks and dessert included in the price.
