Navy, 20+ Years
Two tours running river patrol boats in Vietnam. The evacuation of Vietnam. Then the invasion of Granada.Then Operation Desert Freedom followed by Operation Iragi Freedom. I had an exciting military career! 20 years, 9 months and 16 days! Finally found a Magnificent woman and three tremendous kids. Not to mention 7 awesome grandkids!!

Air Force, 20+ Years
Joined the USAF and spent 24 years and retired in 1985. Rescue Specialist, flew on HH43-B helicopters as well as fixed wing aircraft. Last active duty job was Supt, OTS Medical Services and Nursing Service Little Rock USAF Hospital. After retirement, I worked at OKC VA Hospital and retired in 1998. Met a LOT of great veterans there!

I joined Active Army in 88 as a 52D (Generator Mechanic) after serving 4yrs in Oklahoma National Guard; one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Served in Germany, Panama, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Korea, and Iraq where I’m currently located.
