W E L C O M E B A C K S P A R T A N S! July 1, 2011 Dear Classmates: It is hard to believe that it has been 30 years since we graduated from Springfield Southeast High School in 1981. To celebrate, a committee was formed to plan a casual reunion event. The SSHS Reunion Planning Committee has been meeting to make such an event happen. However, there are several of our classmates we have not been able to locate, many of them since our 5-year reunion. If you know of someone who did not receive this information, please give them a copy or advise one of the committee members. COST The cost of the Reunion is $25.00 per person. This must be paid in advance to confirm reservations. PHOTO A class photo will be taken at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday evening. Photos will be delivered to those persons who have ordered (and paid for) at 10:00p.m. Saturday evening. BOOK Please complete the Classmate Information section on the registration form. We will distribute a 30 Year Class Reunion Book on Saturday evening. If you are unable to attend, please provide your e-mail address and a copy will be sent electronically to you after the event. HOTEL Please remember this weekend is also the same weekend as the Motor Cycle Races. If you plan on getting a hotel room, you will want to reserve one as soon as possible. We have a block of rooms for overnight accommodations at the Baymont Hotel , 5871 S. 6th Street Road (I-55 @ Exit 90/Toronto Road) Springfield, IL 62704 (217) 529-6655. This location is about three miles from the Ski and Boat Club. You will need to contact the hotel directly to make room arrangements.
