St Patrick's Day Celebration

March 10th at the La Belle theater -311 D Street South Charleston the "Earl Of Elkview" George Daugherty will delight you with Irish songs,dances,etc.Friends will join George in the musical celebration -Tickets $5.00 refreshments will be available..come out wear your green and have a smashing good time

Book "south Charleston"

The book " South Charleston" authored by Judy Bowen Romano class of 1958 is for sale on line through sales at Arcadia Publishing.com or at the SC Museum, Taylor Books on Capitol Street, F. M. Pile Hardware, The South Charleston Antique Mall and Walgreens on Washington Avenue West.
Call the South Charleston Museum for more information . The museum is also accepting chemical plant artifacts and doing oral histories of former and present chemical company employees. Saturday 4 16 2011 we will be filming at the Nitro Community Center form 10 am until 5Pm. See the SC Museum .
