On Friday night, 09/11/2009 there will be a mixer at Beto's off of I-20 and Great SW Pkwy in Grand Prairie. There will be music and freee chips/queso/salsa. they will close the venue to the public at 11pm for alumni only. *****05/30/09 UPDATE***** We've got contributions - How about some chicken and ribs that will make your mouth water! COME HUNGRY!!! *****05/28/09 UPDATE***** We will now be providing Hamburgers and Hotdogs cooked on the grill in the afternoon. In the evening we will be having some mexican food. *****UPDATE: 05/18/09***** We now have a DJ. He will be playing classic "going to the lake music". And Karaoke if you want to sing. This service is being provided by the one and only Danny Head (no relation to Gene). Tips will be greatly appreciated since he is doing this for us at no charge If you can make a contribution to help cover some of the cost that would be greatly appreciated. Our count of guest is now up to approx 50 people. Right now BYOB, yes beer is allowed. Iif you would like to help with the cost for the event contact Sharon Alexander-Wiltshire.
