A 3 day weekend event on July 17-19, 2015 ---In order to assume the specific size in the main event venue, we need a count of how many alumni to expect plus their plus 1's etc!
WE HAVE NOW RESERVED THE ENTIRE WEEKEND EVENT! NOW, we can start planning all of the intricacies!!!!! We are really putting in some serious work into this massive beast and it will be all worth it!!!!
After getting all of the numbers together along with all of the discounts we are receiving etc we were able to come up with an overall amount for the weekend's festivities to save everyone money! This will also include lots of goodies/souvenirs for each classmate at check-in on the Friday evening for the start of the event weekend. As always, the alcohol is never included and will be cash bars at all times at your own discretion. YES, I SAID ALCOHOL! We were able to get a venue where we can have alcohol served! In saying all of that without disclosing all of the many secrets we have in store for this HUGE event weekend we have now started planning, the pricing will be as follows: (keep in mind, if anyone needs payment arrangements, we are doing that as well so please message me for info and it will be kept confidential and I can let you know what your options would be) :-) Btw, if anyone is interested in sponsoring a specific teachers registration that you would like to see there, these will be largely discounted at $75/each and in turn that teacher will receive a special note in the mail that a specific student has sponsored them for this event. After getting in touch with some of these teachers, I can tell you they are so pleased to know that they are invited as well! Please let me know if anyone is interested in sponsoring a teacher and I can contact them to see if they could come and then let you know and then you could sponsor them at that point.
We have opened up a special account for the reunion to pay for everything to keep all records within IRS guidelines/standards solely which is through BancFirst. The account name is under SHS Class of 1995 Reunion and it was opened up 10/31/14 in Shawnee. You may start making your registration payments now through different avenues: (When payments are being made, please email us to let us know so that we can be expecting it and once received, receipts can be written and mailed back and also so that we can mark you as paid on our lists!) The quicker we start to receive everyone's registrations, the quicker we can make this BIG event come together with less stress on everyone and start paying for everything that we have now signed contracts for in advance. :-) Reunion packets for all classmates will be sent out in the months to follow with TONS of info and fun stuff as well!!!!
Couples pricing = $200.00 (early registration discount only - fees will rise after 2/1/15)
Individual pricing = $130.00 (early registration discount only - fees will rise after 2/1/15)
Sponsor a teacher registration = $75.00 (you can add this to your registration, send email)
Non Class of 1995 Alumni = $130 (Main event night only 7/18/15 - fees will rise after 2/1/15)
Non Class of 1995 Alumni/Complete 3 Day Event Weekend Couple pricing = $250.00 Individual pricing = $180.00 (early registration discount only - fees will rise after 2/1/15)
WALK-INS/NON REGISTERED CLASSMATES (u don't want to know or pay this fee, so get your registrations in as soon as possible). :-)
Paypal = by transferring to our new paypal account through BancFirst which is attached to our new email address now shsclassof1995reunion@gmail.com.
BancFirst = Going to the actual Bank itself and request to make a deposit to the account listed under "shsclassof1995reunion".

Keep in mind, if someone just decides to show up and is not on the guest list, they will not be allowed to come through doors or attend anything as we are going all out for this and it would not be fair to the other classmates, thank you for understanding.
