SFC Hernandez, a graduate of Seward Park, class 1976. Joined the Army after graduation, received a Computer Science (BA) degree, City College of Chicago (night classes) and retired after 20 yrs of service, in Oct 1996. Combat missions includes, Panama, Granada, Somolia, Desert Storm and Bosnia. I am very proud to have served my country. Joining the military was one of my toughest but best decision.

Our Seward Park High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Seward Park High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
