Payment due June 30, 2009 SATURDAY AGENDA: 11:30 am - ??? Family Fun & Lunch at Lewis Bowl & Sports 6:00 pm - ??? Dinner at Aggies SUNDAY AGENDA: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm High School Tour LUNCH / AFTERNOON: The Family Lunch and Fun will be at Lewis Bowl & Sports Bar! Rental for the Outdoor Covered Patio is $10.00 per family. We will meet around 11:30 / noon and eat. This includes Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Salad, Baked Beans, Chips, Dessert, and 12 oz Fountain Pop. Cost is $6.00 per adult and $4.00 per child. The child rate includes those 15 and younger. Lewis Bowl prepares two hotdogs and/or hamburgers for each person, plus some extra. There will be plenty of food, but I highly suggest that you arrive no later than noon. I will also purchase a few gallons of Lemonade and Iced Tea. Activity costs at the Complex: A Wristband can be purchased for $14.00 for unlimited activities in a two hour period, or the following activities can be purchased for $5.00 each: 2 Games of Bowling (shoes included); 18 holes Mini Golf; 3 Batting Cage tokens; Go Karts; or Volleyball. Paintball and Rock Wall are also available. I do not need prepayment of any of the Complex Activities. You can pay for them once you arrive. The bar will be available for additional beverages. Lewis Bowl address is 3828 Stadium Drive, Sioux City, IA 51106. EVENING: Grown ups only! We will have dinner at Aggies in Sergeant Bluff. Happy Hour is from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Buffet Style dinner will be served at 7:00 pm. This includes Smoked Beef Brisket, Smoked Pork Loin, Dinner Salad, Rolls, Green Beans, Stuffed Mashed Potatoes, Dessert, and Beverage (ice tea and lemonade). Cost is $16.00 per person. After dinner, we could move to the back patio. Aggies address is 107 Sergeant Square Drive, Sergeant Bluff, IA 51054. COST: Lewis Bowl Family Lunch: $6.00 per adult and $4.00 per child 15 yrs and younger, plus the $10.00 per family Patio rental. For the Evening Event, dinner per adult is $16.00.
