I have a ring that is dated 1985 and has the name TOM on it. Who lost it?

My grandparents found this ring up to 30 years ago in one of their rent houses in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It's a man's ring, gold, class of 1976. "Keith" is engraved on the side. Stone is blue with some kind of gold thing in the middle of the stone (worn down with age). avexclamation@yahoo.com

1960 man's RS HS class ring. Found in the Seattle area in January of 2008 while out metal detecting. Could it be yours? E-mail msmechler@aol.com and describe what is on the ring and the initials. I would love to return it to the rightful owner.
