Friday night: Football game and then hanging out at Lonnie's Double R Sports Bar afterwards will be family friendly (the sports bar is also open to the public that night). Bring the kids! Beer and wine sold at bar. Saturday night: Adult-only event at 7pm until, at Double R Sports Bar (closed for private event). Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served, DJ on site, dress in '80s gear is encouraged. Beer and wine will be for sale, may possibly have a brown bag permit, will confirm later. Sunday afternoon: Picnic at Roanoke Rapids Lake Park from 11 am to 5 pm, bring the family and say goodbye. Hot dogs, hamburgers and chips will be provided, bring a side if you wish.
