Carl H. Sandberg
Carl H. Sandberg Class of 1964
Army, 20+ Years
Major, Infantry and Special Forces Airborne units ("Green Berets"). Active Duty and Reserve service. Served in command and staff roles from Infantry Platoon and SF "A" team levels up to General Staff, XVIII Airborne Corps. Sr. Parachutist, Jumpmaster, and Air Operations Officer. Top Secret security clearance. Honorable Discharge.
Harry E. trumbull
Harry E. trumbull Class of 1972
Army, 20+ Years
Served as both an enlisted soldier and commision officer in the US Army from Oct 1972 through Jan 1999. Retired as a Major, UH-1H Instructor Pilot and Aviation Accident Investigator. Tours in Germany (2), Korea, Fort Sam Houston TX, Fort Hood TX, Fort Devens MA, Fort Dix NJ, Fort Benning GA, and Fort Rucker AL (3).

1963-1972; Aviation Electronics Tech - E6 - three Viet Nam combat cruises -- USS FD Roosevelt, USS USS Oriskany, & USS Intrepid. Apollo XV Recovery aboard USS Okinawa.

Larry Nobles Class of 1960
Navy, 4 Years
Served one tour, was injured (100 % disabled) USS Constellation CVA 64, first ship's company, primary "splash" recovery for Mercury 2, John Glenn. USS Forrestal CVA 59, Med and Cuban missile crisis, USS Courtney DE 1021, on station searching for the USS Thresher in the North Atlantic.

Rear Admiral Paul H. Speer Class of 1946
Navy, 20+ Years
Entered the Navy V5 program in 1946,earning his wings and serving in the Korean and VietNam wars. Decorated numerous times including the highest award given by the Navy, the Navy Cross. The Clarion River Bridge was renamed in his honor.
